All non Indian participants are requested to obtain an appropriate visa for attending the conference.  It is strongly advised that an application for visa may be made by the delegates to the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreign Division in your own home country well in advance (preferably two months prior to the conference) due to possible delays in visa processing.  To know more please go to the government official site by following the link below.

Visa on Arrival Facility is available for holders of passport of following countries: Australia, Brazil, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Djibouti, Fiji, Finland, Germany, Guyana, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kiribati, Laos, Luxembourg, Marshall Islands, Mauritius,Mexico, Micronesia, Myanmar, Nauru, New Zealand,Niue Island, Norway, Oman, Palau, Palestine, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Russia, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands,Thailand, Tonga, Tuvalu, UAE, Ukraine, USA, Vanuatu, Vietnam.

If you are planning to attend the conference, even if final decision is not made, please follow the link below and fill in the  registration form for delegates from abroad and submit to the convenerexternal affairs ministry, well in advance along with an invitation letter from INMA. This is a must obey rule of the Indian Government for non Indian visitors.
Those who are applying for conference visa should obtain an official letter from INMA well  in advance.
